Colony Starwood Homes to Release Second Quarter 2017 Financial Results

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Colony Starwood Homes (NYSE:SFR) (the “Company”), a leading
single-family rental real estate investment trust (“REIT”), will release
its second quarter 2017 results after the market close on Wednesday,
August 9, 2017. The Company will host a conference call on Thursday,
August 10, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time to review the Company’s
second quarter financial and operating results, provide a Company update
and conduct a question-and-answer session.

As previously announced on July 18, 2017, the Company will change its
name to Starwood Waypoint Homes, effective July 28, 2017. The Company
will continue to trade under the New York Stock Exchange ticker symbol
